But it isn’t just famous names who are opting for a premium look, as this service is available to anyone who wants to add a bit of sparkle to their handbag or pocket.

Football fans will know of Andreas Pereira, the Brazilian midfielder who plays for Manchester United.
The 20-year-old posted a picture of his gold plated phone on his Instagram account, and this has now become an image that has accrued more than 23,200 likes in the 15 weeks since he posted it on his social media profile.
In addition to plating his phone, Pereira, who has been part of the Premier League team since the 2014-15 season, had it engraved with his shirt number 44 and his signature.
Music enthusiasts might be tempted to get their smartphones jazzed up after Pharrell Williams was pictured with his gold-plated iPhone recently.
Known to endorse Apple products – including iPods – the Happy hitmaker took a photo of himself holding the metallic casing and posted it on his Billionaire Boys Club blog.
The singer, rapper and record producer certainly has spare cash to splash on luxury items like gold plated cases. Not only does he front hip hop band N*E*R*D, he owns a record production team The Neptunes, and is a solo artist in his own right.

Actress/producer Funke Akindele, otherwise known as Jenifa, also has a customised gold plated Apple iPhone.
Showing off her trophy smartphone, she posted a photo of it on Instagram, saying: “#jenifasdiary #bigsgirltinz.”
