Fly High With A Rose Gold Suitcase
For the majority of us, the priority when we buy a new suitcase is for something that’s practical. Worrying about the aesthetics of our luggage probably isn’t high on our list of priorities – but one high-end designer has done just that.
Bustle recently pointed to the launch of Arlo Skye’s rose gold luggage collection as the epitome of stylish travel.
The New York-based brand has created a carry-on and full-sized suitcase in the hue of the precious metal. Both are made from lightweight polycarbonate material, which makes them incredibly robust as well as beautiful to look at.
However, the website was particularly impressed by one innovation in the carry-on suitcase – the addition of a charger and two fast-charging USB ports that you can use to boost your phone, laptop or other travel gadgets while you’re on the go.
One of the best things about this charger is that it’s easy to remove from the case with just the press of a button, so you can pop it in your handbag and take it with you wherever you go, or remove it to comply with airline regulations with minimum hassle.
We’re not going to suggest that you send a suitcase off to be gold plated, but it is worth considering what small travel accessories you have that could be spruced up by gold plating services.
You could add some bling to your luggage tags, for example, which would also make it easier to spot your case among the dozens of others on the conveyor belt.
